New Posts Below!
FYI~I just posted some new pictures and they are mixed up with the old. Scroll down to see them all. I don't want them to get overlooked.
My Easter Bunny
My Girly Easter Bunny and all her fluff!
We had some fun dressing Maddie up before she crawled away.
I guess she's got goodies to deliver.
A New Smile
Brittany got her braces put on today! Yea!

AFTER:

She wanted pink/blue bands this time. They remind me of cotton candy.
She's 18 months away from a new smile. :) Brittany's waited such a long time for these braces. It's a very exciting day for her.

Wild Animals
Watch out for wild animals! At least that's what you could say when you enter my house. I feel like we have two animals in a cage. The Guinea Pig and Madison that is. Ha!
She watches us from inside that playpen, waiting for one of us to pass by and pick her up.

She's in there with lots of toys to keep her busy. It only keeps her attention for about 15 minutes before she's wanting out. She usually win's us over and suckers us into picking her up. How could we resist that sweet face?
The Guinea Pig on the other hand, has to stay behind his bars a little longer.

KFC Field Trip
Ever wonder what the FIRST Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant looks like?
Let's take a field trip there, shall we? I live pretty darn close to it since I'm in Kentucky and all. Most people make sure to stop there for a bite to eat if they are passing by. It's a big tourist attraction with a museum inside.
For now here's the outside.

I had to pick up some food for Brittany and I this time.

Next time I'll go inside and take picture's of the old kitchen. It's really interesting.
KFC has come a long way since then.

Madison is 8 Months Old
Madison...you are 8 Months Old today.
This is what you are doing now.
You are a wiggle worm and won't sit still. You have all sorts of new cries, laughs, and baby babble. You reach for EVERYTHING. You make a mess with your food and hate to be cleaned up.
You love taking baths. You are getting very mobile and can turn yourself all the way around. You can pull yourself up to a kneeling position but can't get yourself down. You love to sleep in my bed and not yours. You are taking less naps and fight going to sleep. You have your first cold and really are a poor little thing. You have your two bottom teeth in and they are really sharp. You love to swing facing the window so you can look outside. You find the grass outside very strange. You love to be held when you are not playing with your toys.
Hey...what's this sign doing here? That looks like a nice toy to play with.

A Nice Spring Day
I took Maddie outside to play in the grass since it was a nice Spring day. We don't get many of those here. It seems to always be raining. She had a little Easter Egg hunt of her own in the backyard. Doesn't she look pretty in her purple dress?

Easter is almost here. Can you believe it?

Shopping Trip
I was at Wal-mart yesterday searching for the perfect present to take to yet another birthday party. I was suppose to be looking at the boy stuff, when I got side tracked with all the cute toddler toys. It won't be long that I will be buying that stuff for Madison. Her 1st birthday isn't till July, but it doesn't hurt to start looking now. This is what I found that would be great for her.

By the way, Maddie was pretty kick back during this time, since she was all bundled up. It was her naptime so I left her in the seat, hoping she would fall asleep. Normally she would be reaching for all the toys to play with.
I just love this baby teaset.

Oh and her first purse...too cute.

And this cute little mailbox and push popper toy.

Maybe one of these to ride on as well.

These will be on her list this year. She'll be really easy to shop for even though she doesn't really need a whole lot. A few new toys would be nice though.

Kiddie Update
I know I post a lot more pictures of Maddie up on here. That's because the two older one's don't want their photo taken every two seconds. I leave them alone but try to sneak in a pic here and there. Madison doesn't have a choice. She has to smile for the camera. LOL Nah...she actually likes it. However, I thought I'd share what Jared and Brittany are up to these days.
Jared has been drawing LOTS of pictures. Usually they are about video games and boy stuff like that. This time he colored a very pretty shamrock picture. It almost looks like stain glass if you put it in a sunny window. Doesn't it?

He very proud of his work and so am I. Another artist in the family.

Brittany can usually be found at her command central in her room. At least that's what I call it. She's on the computer, chatting with her Skype friends or drawing to animate another video for youtube.

Doesn't she look like she's standing by to take your call now? Maybe I can place my order with her for that thing off TV I've been wanting. Ha Ha

She is also having lots of mouth pain due to the spacers the Orthodontist put in the other day. Brittany will be getting her braces on next week so the fun is only beginning. I will be stocking up on pain medicine for weeks to come.

Okay, and I just had to throw a couple of Maddie in here. I lied, I'm sorry. Only because she's so darn cute. Here she is playing with a small box of toys.

I don't know how that spoon got in there? I guess one of the older kids was letting her play with it. Anything can become a toy with them.

Anyhow, they are all busy with this and that which leaves me more time to blog. Hope you enjoyed the picture show.

Almost Famous
I was watching my copy of New Moon yesterday. Which I got from Target because of the extra feature's {3-disk set} they were including. Plus a film cell which is pretty cool might I add. Anyways, I was watching that part where Alice takes the Cullen's/Bella's picture in the movie. I saw a little pink camera just like mine she was using.

I was thinking to myself, what are the chances of them using the camera I just bought? They didn't show a close up, but I had to investigate closer to see if it was in fact my camera in the film. I googled, I searched, and read that is was sadly not my camera. The same look, but a different brand. We were almost famous. HA! Oh well, I still love it. It would've been weird though if it was in fact my camera.
My film cell is of Edward. It's numbered and is suppose to be limited edition. Very cool indeed. We wish it were Jacob though. We support Team Jacob, sorry Eddy!

Just Sitting Here
I love that I can just sit Maddie on the floor and she'll play with some of her toys. She getting a little more independent which I think is a good thing.

Now once she starts crawling, that will be another story. For now, she just sits and plays until she's ready for something new.

Another Thing To Love
Have you tried these new Purex detergent sheets? It's actually detergent/fabric softener/dryer sheets all in one. It's the coolest and it's made my life so much simpler. All ya got to do is pop one in the wash and forget about it. The days of measuring, scooping, spilling are long gone thanks to this new invention. I love it so much, I just had to blog about it. If you haven't tried them yet, you should. I bet you won't go back to powders or liquids again.

A New Camera
Did you notice anything new lately? Don't my picture's look a little bit better then before? Why...I finally bought a new camera. I'm so happy about this because I really hated the quality of my old pictures.

Here's my new baby!

Why pink you say?
Ah...duh...so a certain man in my house won't try to steel this camera away from me. Do you really think my hubby is going to be seen taking pictures with a pink camera? I think not. So of course it was part of my master plan. Mwah-ha-ha-ha

Nah...really I just bought this one because it was pretty and it would be a good little camera for Brittany someday. What I really want is a big Nikon D300.

Maybe Santa will bring it for me next year? They cost a pretty penny so I won't be getting it anytime soon. It's an investment but if you like taking pictures like me you might think it's worth it.
I'm still getting the hang of using this little guy so I'm slow at uploading new pictures. I hope to have new posts with pretty pictures for you to see everyday day or two. Check back often.
