Eclipse Baby!

Brittany, my friend Anna and I all got together and went to the midnight showing of Eclipse last night. It was so much fun to be there with other Twilight fans! The movie was so good and everyone was there to see what happens between Jacob, Bella and Edward. I won't give anything away if you haven't seen it yet.

Madison 11 Months Old

Madison turned 11 months old today. She is just days away from being a big 1 year old. So exciting that we have made it to this day. I like that she is more independant but she is into everything.

This is what Madison can do now.

• You love to play in water and take about two baths a day.
• You are feeding yourself more and more.
• You can turn the tv on and off.
• You know how to put the phone up to your ear and talk.
• You say bye bye, hi and wave to everyone.
• You cry if you see Mama leave the room.
• You love the outdoors and play in the grass everyday.
• You love music with a beat and will shake your head to the sound.
• You can shake your head to tell us no no.
• You still hate to sit in your carset for very long.
• You love to be carried around.
• You crawl really fast and almost chase us even.
• You make yourself laugh when ever you stick your tongue out.
• You are standing holding on to an object with only one hand.
• You are taking less naps and still not sleeping through the night.
• You know how to push open your Sister & Brother's bedrooms doors to get their toys.
• You love to make a mess and pull everything out onto the floor.

Your a busy big girl, but we love ya! I'm busy planning your big party. I'm so excited for this day to be finally here.

Laundry Assistant

Good helpers are hard to find these days. Thankfully my little one likes to help me with the laundry. Isn't she just adorable in my clothes basket?







She's ready to help with my next load of laundry. Mommy's little helper!

The Brace Place

It was time for another orthodontist appointment for Brittany today. She just had an adjustment and they changed out her bands. She asked me what color she should get this time. Well, 4Th of July is coming up. How about red, white & blue. So that's what she got. It looks really cool. I gotta take a picture of it. For now this is where we go when Britt's appointments come around.

The fancy building. Why are most orthodontist places in places like these? Must be all the money they are sucking out of us to be able to afford such a nice place to set up shop. Right?



They have lots of computers for the kids to use while they wait.



Jared loves this idea. He always goes online for a bit.



Before we knew it Brittany was done. Madison is always glad to see her.



They also have a cappuccino machine inside. You can fix yourself a drink before you leave. It's great in the Winter, but Summer? Jared is crazy to want a hot beverage.



We thankfully got in and out of there before the big heat thunder storm started. I always seem to get caught in the rain. Not this time. Yeah! That was our fun for the day. Exciting I know. :)

Oh What Fun!

This is what I had to enjoy today. Oh what fun! I was called back after a routine pap to come back in for a colpo exam. This time they wanted to do a biopsy of my cervix. The first test came back and they had found there to be abnormal cells. Pre-cancerous even? My blood pressure has been sky high due to the stress of this next test. The assistant even said it was when she took it coming in. This is what you can expect if you ladies are ever going for an exam like this.

This is the first room they put me in. Not to bad. Looks pretty normal to me. I can handle this.



Even some fine reading material. I was getting into this magazine. Lots of pretty pictures, calming even.



Ewww...the dreaded circle calendar! I hate that thing! You ladies no what it's for.



Come to find out, this was just the holding room they put you in before they take you to the real exam room. WHAT!

I won't show you the actual exam. I'm not that willing to share. Ha!
But, I'll have you know...I survived! This time anyways. It wasn't all that bad, but they have you watch the procedure, cutting on the computer monitor in front of you. It was really gross but it helped me through the pain a little.



Now I wait....for the results. Please let it be okay is all I can ask right now. I don't want to have to enjoy anymore fun of this kind anytime soon.

Making A Big Slash

We made our annual trip to the big water park this Summer. All the Cousins get together to have a day of fun in the sun. They made a big slash in the wave pool, water slides, lazy river and even hanging out at the baby pool with Maddie.

Eclipse at BK

Have you heard that Burger King has some really great promotional items for the new movie Eclipse? All sorts of collectable cups and stuff for the kids. More like stuff for your teen. Okay..who are we kidding, more like a Twi-Mom. So get your butt over to BK and buy yourself something.

There are promotional posters all over the place and I'm surprised they are still there. I just know some girl is gonna get her sticky hands all over this as soon as the sun goes down.
