Big Brother Party

Big Brother is back. Brittany and her Cousin Dustin have been counting down the days till this premier. They love the show and planned a little party to celebrate.



Another Summer of Julie...



The teens went shopping for the food they wanted to eat while watching the show. They were making all kinds of goodies in the kitchen.



Starbucks Ice-Cream too.



Expect the unexpected. The twist this year is there is a mole among the bunch.



When the houseguest popped open their bottle of wine, they had to have their sparkling grape juice. Ha-Ha



After the show was over, they played a game of Twister? It was pretty funny to watch.



So here we go again. I don't think I'm ordering the live feeds but I will follow along when it airs on TV. The blogs pretty much show you what you don't want to miss anyhow.

We think the Mole playing this game is the Texas guy named Lane. He seems to act like he doesn't know what's going on but I believe it's all an act. Who do you think the Mole is?

Eclipse Baby!

Brittany, my friend Anna and I all got together and went to the midnight showing of Eclipse last night. It was so much fun to be there with other Twilight fans! The movie was so good and everyone was there to see what happens between Jacob, Bella and Edward. I won't give anything away if you haven't seen it yet.

Brushing Beauty

Here is my Daughter Brittany who I can often find in front of the mirror....brushing that beautiful hair of hers again.





Even though it always looks perfect to me, she will spend several minutes making sure every hair is in it's place. That's a teen for ya.

I can remember those days like they were yesterday. :)

What She Wants

Brittany has been begging me to have her haircut and today was the day. She knew what she wanted and brought our favorite hairstylist pictures even. I didn't think it could be done because to me, Brittany didn't have long enough hair to pull it off. So I told her not to get disappointed if it didn't turn out. She wanted lots of layers that she could play around with and add volume up top by teasing it with a comb. It's what she wanted and I think she's one happy teenager now. It looks a little rocker(ish) to me, but it looks good on her. Don't you think?






I had my haircut to while we were there. Just my usual, nothing drastic. I also got to go to the dentist today. What fun, but I sure have a purtee mouth now. Ha! I've been running all sorts of errans in a broken car by the way. I'm waiting for the parts to come in and hopefully that will be tomorrow. Maybe the sun will come out to. It's just grey and ugly outside. Hopefully this new haircut Brittany has will make riding the bus to school in the morning a lot more exciting. LOL I still can't drive them to school while this car is broke down. They are spoiled having me take them everyday. I guess that's my fault though.

SisTa SisTa

Whenever these two Sister's get together it's instant love. Maddie adores her big Sister Brittany. She reaches for her everytime she see's her near.



All this little girl wants to do is crawl now.



Here is Brittany getting Madison to crawl over to her. We have to be really careful when she's on any bed. She will just dive right off.

Spring Break Recap

Spring Break is over for us and it's back to life as usual. The kids are back at school and I'm trying to play catch up. Especially with this blog. I wasn't on the computer much. We had a fun filled week even though we stayed close to home. I tried to take small trips out of town and visit places we haven't been to in awhile.

Here's is the wrap up of our week.

Nothing to exciting other then Maddie opening her stroller safety tray with her foot. Yea, that's safe! I'm going to have to super glue it close or something. She is going to fall out one day.



We saw a couple of movies.






We ate at one of our favorite kid restaurants, Chick Fila.







We also watched Jared practice with his new team for baseball season. His games start up really soon.

Miss Maddie was there too, looking all cute in her little sun hat.

I worked on some craft projects that I will show you later.

That's about it. Gas Prices were not that bad in my neck of the woods. They did go up a little but we managed to do alot on the cheap. Can't wait till Summer so we can do it all again and more.

A New Smile

Brittany got her braces put on today! Yea!

She's 18 months away from a new smile. :) Brittany's waited such a long time for these braces. It's a very exciting day for her.
