Busy Bee's

We are all staying busy around here. This is what we are working on.

I'm {trying} to read my magazines on how to orgazine this house better. I'm wanting to find a place for everything and maybe these tips will help. I have to be better organized to make the day run smooth. Plus, I'm a bit of a neat freak and can't relax until things are in order.

Which makes me want to start not only organizing the house, the kids school papers from last year. I usually have this completed in the Summer, but I wasn't feeling up to it. So it's still waiting for me to get done.

I use simple binders with pockets and store all the important papers they brought home during the year. It's a scrapbook of school memories of sorts. I decorate with fun papers, stickers and ribbon.

I'm also looking through one of my favorite magazines. Shocking it is being discontinued and this is the last month I'll be able to buy it. Due to the recession I think they are stopping publication. I'm so sad! I love their idea's and will miss it when it's gone.

Jared's favorite magazine came in this week. He subscribes to Lego Magazine which is filled with building idea's. Don't bother him, he's busy building.

He was hard at work on his new Star Wars set soon after it arrived.

Madison is busy being a baby. She's trying to talk to her little toy friends in her crib now. It's very cute.

Brittany is talking to her friends using Skype now.

We finally have joined the rest of the country and downloaded this program. She's been begging me forever to buy a microphone and webcam for our computer. All her friends are chatting this way, so I guess she should to. Brittany is having lot's of fun with it.

I am going to get her to teach me how to use it. I just haven't had the time. I'm busy with this....

(never ending baby laundry)

Johnny has been mending a hurt foot. He took the kids bowling last weekend and he ended up hurting himself really bad. He somehow went past the line when he was throwing the ball and skid on the waxed lane. He dropped the ball right onto his ankle. Can you believe that? Who knew you could get hurt bowling. He had to go to the ER to have it looked at. He can barely walk on it so we thought it was broke, It was just a severe sprain. He is suppose to put his foot up/elevated and walk with crutches. He doesn't so he's still in pain. It's gonna take longer to heal I keep telling him.

I have so much to blog about, but never enough time in the day. Until my next break..
